Horus

The Eye of Horus was
an ancient Egyptian hieroglyph and its icon is depicted in art, artefacts,
relics. Examples of the icon can be found in the tombs, temples and manuscripts of the ancient Egyptians. The following picture depicts a gold and glass pectoral amulet that was discovered in the tomb of Tutankhamen. Erin’s Zucchini Fritterszucchini fritters

You will need:

•Four medium zucchinis

•Five eggs

•About 3/4 of a cup of flour

•One packet of goats milk feta

•Olive oil for frying

 

Steps:

1. Grate zucchinis into a large bowl.

2. Add crumbled feta.

3. Add flour and stir to mix.

4. Add eggs and stir to mix.

5. Heat enough oil for shallow frying in heavy based frying pan(s).

6. Spoon mixture into pan(s) to make thin fritters.

7. Fry in batches turning once or twice.
